Question about SanDisk Sansa Clip MP3 Player
My Sansa Clip won't charge from my computer, it just shows a black screen with no activity. I have tried all the USB plug in's on my computer and none of them work? Is it my computer or Clip?
Make sure the hold/lock switch is not engaged first.
If it is not, you can suspect either hardware failure or a bad USB cable. Either way, call Sandisk and determine if you are still in-warranty. They can order replacement USB cables if they are still available.
