Question about Kenmore 21.7 cu. ft. Top Freezer Refrigerator with Acceler-Ice 3xi Ice System
I have a Frigidaire top door freezer model # Frt21nnc 21.0cu ft the compressor is working the tope freezer fan is working but is not able to make ice or keep to bottom part of the refrigerator cool. I have unplug it for at least 24 hour to make sure all or any ice build up meats. I have clean the coil off I have pull the back panel wall of the freezer of to make sure no ice build up on coils. Reading some of the suggeston on the other problem people had could it be my relay problem or termostat if so on my compressor is thats were my relay is located. Can you please seed me a picture were it is located( relay & termastate) I could sure use some assistance with this problem can not afford a new refrigator
It sounds like your defrost element is faulty, this is located on the freezer coil, there is also a defrost limiting thermodisc which must also be replaced at the same time.
