My 18v lithum makita drill is starting to cut in and out

If impact makes a difference in how it runs, you have a bad contact somewhere. It could be where the battery connects to the switch in the handle, it could be the switch, or it could be one or both wires from the switch to the motor. It could be in the motor but it's unlikely as the brushless motors have very little to go wrong in them but they are manmade machines so it's a possibility. Makitas have a three year warranty on them and the brushless tools are a new line so it may be repairable by a service center for free.

I have a pear 6980, and it works just high speed and you can control the speed I wanted to know what can I do if I can fix it myself

The variable speed function is controlled by the switch. On rare occasions you can remove the switch, spray it with electronics cleaner and blow it out well to get it to work again. Usually you have to replace the switch. The switch for your impact driver is Makita part number 638326-6 and runs about $65.

Can't get the keyless chuck off cordless Makita 6095D drill.

If this is a newer tool it is probably a Torx drive screw usually a T20. The screw is LH thread and after removing it you will need to put some screws back in tool to remove the chuck. First shift the gear selector to the low setting and the clutch to the drill only. Next get a bent handle allen wrench about the capacity of the chuck install the short end of wrench in chuck and tighten. Put the chuck on a block or wood or a workbench to support is and turn the wrench to about a 30 degree angle in the counterclockwise position. The chuck has standard threads so you want to hit the wrench with a hammer to loosen it. This might take a few tries but it will work. Good luck
