Error occurred eject disk..nintendo says to send it back

Has any one else had this problem??

Your disc is stuck in Wii Console, It needs to eject manually. This sounds like an error with the console that would need a repair from Nintendo. You can send the console to them in order to get it fixed. This usually takes about a month.
If you are more adventurous, however, there is a great guide I will link below that will help you correct the problem yourself. Warning, though, it should not be attempted unless you know what you are doing.

My wii says that an error has occurred please eject the disc an d turn the wii console off


you need to sent it back to Nintendo and get it fixed, hope you are under warranty otherwise you will need to pay to fix it, its the console disk reader that wont work had the same problem with mines

Wii seems to be working fine but when you put disk in it says an error has occured and to eject and turn console off ?


There is dust on the laser and needs to be cleaned so gotta send console back to nintendo.

Error message comes up when put each game in console that says "an error has occured, please eject the game disk and turn the power off."


Might try unplugging it completely, that will force it to reset, leaving it unplugged for 5 minutes, then plug it back in.

If it still gives the error on every disc, I would suggest calling Nintendo. My friend had to have his replaced, and it was pretty painless.

Wont play games


The official troubleshooting from Nintendo is-

"Error Occurred. Press the Eject button and remove the disc"
    This indicates a problem with the Wii console and it will need to be repaired. Please call 1-800-255-3700 to discuss available options.

Concole not working


I used to have the same  problem and Nintendo said it was beause the optical lasers were not lined up straight. Send it to Nintendo and you will get it back in 3-5 days.
