Question about HP iPAQ rx5915
The pc and laptop wont reconise that the ipaq is connected either by cable or bluetooth so it wont active sync. I have re-installed the active sync cd but to no avail
What version of ActiveSync are you using? Open ActiveSync on the PC, then open "About ActiveSync" under the "Help" menu - it should be version 4.5. If not, download version 4.5 from Microsoft as a first attempt to fix the problem. If you are using 4.5, try uninstalling/reinstalling again but make sure you do a soft reset (push the pin on the top of the device) before you connect the Ipaq. If this doesn't work let me know and we'll try some other things.
