DVP3120 can play all DVD, VCD,MP3 and Audio CD and Support the below formats
Audio Video format NTSC & PAL
DVP3120 will play CD, CD-R/CD-RW, Video CD/SVCD, DVD, DVD-R/-RW, DVD+R/+RW, DVD-Video Discs as well as MP3-CD, MP3-DVD, WMA-CD discs and MP3, WMA and JPEG Files.
if it does not give a disc type to use you might need to try a dvd or CD + r. the only difference in a CD and a dvd is the space on it if the file your putting on the CD / dvd is under 700 mb it will fit on a CD so not need to wast a dvd . DVDs hold up to 4gb of data CD only go up to 720 mb. All so some player are picky of the brand of disc you use idk why other that the quality . I have had the same problem and this is how i solved it
