Not- detecting my sansa e280 on ma pc

Sir.....i add a video using sansa video converter and i got ...the video .when i removed the device frm ma system. then when i saw the video it was playing properly...then when i wanted to just go back and see the other videos im not even able to go back to my videos ....it aslo showing me blank screen and it is not even detecting ma device in ma pc.

ok try to use itunes software or windows media player software.
this may be user friendly for you.
Use itunes it is best
just add everything in the library then select synchronise to your mp3 player.
be sure to connect and your computer detect the mp3 player.

My sansa media converter did not detect my sansa e280

Set the device to MSC mode (default is Auto) in the USB properties on the Sansa device. This worked for me with a Sansa Fuze on Windows XP running Sansa Media Converter 1.0. Hope this helps.

you can copy from the my computer open the my computer - open ur device - copy ur images but i am not sure about the videos sorry !!!!
