My Zen V Plus 2GB blanked music and wont re-download it!

C00D11D2 is a Windows error, not a Zen problem.
If you want to try one more thing on the computer, look at this link:
http://www.vistax64.com/sound-audio/108219-vista-windows-media-player-error-code-c00d11d2.html

As a first try though, I think it sounds like there is a library issue on the player itself. Try a hard reset (push an opened-out paperclip into the reset hole on the side). This should then mean that the player re-builds the library of existing files when you next turn it on.

Try using Windows Media Player, It lets you sync all the music you want from your music library on your computer. I'm including a like. It's incredibly easy and I hope this helps!
