SOURCE: Graco Wheel
Your problem is'nt unique. The wheel is supposed to be secured to the axle tip by a circlip which wears down the axle flange at the outer edge ,you can see this if you examine the circlip by removing from the wheel with a pair of plyers one side will be flat due to wear. You could try and get new circlips but the easiest and cheapest way is to use a sturdy piece of wire.I used a piece of bare earthed core taken from three core elecric lighting cable(not flex) about 5" in length......With circlip removed and the buggy layed on it's side look into the gap that the clip fits into until you can see the silver axle. There should be a space either side of the axle.Thread your sturdy copper wire in a U shape through each hole and pull through....... twist to lock and rap the ends round the wheel bearing casing..job done good as new.Not sure how long this will last mine was done over six months ago and is still on...P.S..Carry a piece of spare wire just in case...Sincerely Dave.

You can find this at http://www.gracobaby.com/ReplacementParts/Pages/ReplacementParts.aspx?N=10418%2010413%2010421&Ne=11 ...enter in the model # and serial # (if you need help finding this, look at the right side of this webpage and you have the option to find where this information will be on your stroller). Click submit and the next page will be your list of replacement items, look for instruction guide... it will be free and no sh&h. I just had to do this myself.

Recline the stroller seat. There are probably little plastic handles on each side of the stroller seat that you push in while you stand behind the stroller, to recline that seat. Then, you put the carrier into the stroller, facing the back of the stroller. The little notches in the bottom of the carseat fit right onto the edge of the stroller tray. You can test that you've done it right by pulling upward on the carseat. It should not come up and out of the stroller unless you pull the red handle on the back of the carseat as you life the handle of the carrier. I hope this helps!

Testimonial: "Looks like a slightly different system as FixYa would not let me enter the correct name. Carrier feet in tray was the key fix. Thanks."
contact Graco directly .... google them online and get a phone number .... they sent me replacement wheels from my stroller free of charge .. hope this helps
