that is a communications error between the display board and the motor control board, unfortunately this can be caused by 3 things the first is the drain pump which needs to be tested with a multi meter before proceeding, then it will be a matter of plugging in a display board and/or a MC board, you only need one but they cannot be tested the only way to find out is to change them one at a time
To my knowledge, Error Code 37 on a Fisher & Paykel machine refers to "drain fault" which could either mean that the drain valve will not open or that the drain pump will not run. The easiest user intervention that could be performed is to check for any blockage/clog at the drain filter, drain pipe, drain pump impeller and drain valve.
Hope this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.
the size of the machine needs to be set. if you recently replaced a board the first thing you need to do is 'size set' the machine and instructions should come with the board. holding wash temp up/down and pressing power should get you into the menu, though it's too much to explain here.
this is a reset ok 1 open the door 2 put the program on the off position 3 turn the machine on 4 if you have a start button press it and hold it in for 2 mins then let go ,,,if you don't have a start button just go to follow the rest 5 put the power button on 6 shut the door it should do nothing then open the door put on you spin then shut the door wait till it finish ok job done hope this helped
Hi just read your posting.Sorry to ask these questions but does your machine drain the water automatically after the wash cycle? If you advanced the cycle to spin and pushed the start button does your machine drain the water? Why do you need to drain the machine by an override function? Please reply with additional information on the questions and I am sure I can help you rectify this fault on your machine.Looking forward to your reply.
Hi just read your posting. Now error code 105 is called COMMS. ERROR TIME-OUT.This means the display module has detected an error in the communications between the display module and the motor controller. There are 3 reasons why this error code appears, the 1st is a faulty display module, the 2nd is a faulty motor controller and the 3rd is a faulty rotor sensor. The way this fault is tracked down is to 1st change the display module and if that does not rectify the fault then change the motor controller and if the fault is still present then change the rotor sensor.Sorry for the bad news on this fault and unfortunately you need the components to find the fault.I have double checked to see if there is a way to check the components easily and I have not been able to find one. Please reply on how you would like to proceed and I can help you as much as I can.
