Scaner is not working

In my system iR5570 ,scaning not working,we already changrd feeder also,not showing that scaner itsself

In the scanner assembly there is 1 green colour circuit chip that controls the scanner unit.if that chjip is faulty this happen .in this caSse the unit chip has to be replaced.the cost of the chip is near to $7

ERROR FOR CANON IR5570 the feeder not working and there is no paper jam?? please advise.
unplug the power cord and all other cables with printer for several hours... after that connect everything back again.. enjoy..

I scanned 160 pages of automotive info and during the conversion to PDF it said there was an internal error and was unable to proceed. Now I am unable to find the scanned pages, any suggestions?
your scaner lamp is burning so it is not activate read tthis picture or docoments. every day you only scane this printer scane 10 pices docoments you scane too many copy sorry

Hi

I take it the scanner is connecting to your pc okay? the paper need to engage in the feeder. Try just putting one piece of a4 copy paper in the scanner and seeing if that will register as beng paper in the document feeder.

HP 3055 model scaner problem
Document feeder error means that the printer is expecting you to have a document in the ADF "automatic Document Feeder" on top. If you are having this on the laptop, go into the scanner set up on your laptop, and change the device from document feeder to flatbed. It should work fine. You can also mimic the settings from your desktop to your laptop.
