You need only to find the correct software and driver for your webcam. just go to google.com and type support acer. you will see all the list of the site from the acer company with there drivers and downloads. just make sure that you install the correct driver fitting from your windows. if you install windows x86(32bit) you must install also the 32bit driver suyin, bison or acer crystal eye. this things works for me. im an IT guy here in qatar microsoft and willing to help and solve your problem
