- tried all types of connections suggested and not suggested
the tv is a sony bravia lcd
Did it ever work?
Did you connct the TV/Monitor as instructed?
How is it connected?
Is there a different way to connect it that you haven't tried yet (basic Video Out to Video In) that would prove where the source of the problem might be?
What model TV?
You still haven't defined the TV and how it's connected; and if you have tried any alternatives. If you're using RGB (component) connections make sure you adhere to the color coding connectors. Just for grins try composite (single RCA plug) from Video Out to Video In on the TV and see how that looks.

My Sony DAV BC150 will play DVD's but not CD's. It was working fine, but we haven't tried it in a couple of months and now it just stopped working. I tried cleaning it with GameDR, but it didn't work.

I am getting static on the subwoffer channel. Is there an easy fix for this? The problem is not with the sub, as I connected it to another system and no static.
