Question about Microsoft Xbox 360 Console
I turn on one controller and the top two green lights on the ring toggle back and forth. it doesn't seem to pose any problems, yet! just wondering if there's a problem or if one is on it's way.
When the lights blink it generally means that the xbox controller is losing power. try charging it or replacing the batteries

Tips for a great answer:
Sep 22, 2016 | Epson Stylus Photo R2400 InkJet Printer
Power off the unit using the toggle
switch on the back. Hold down the 'eject' button and turn the toggle
switch back from off to on. This will run a fan test and should eject
your disc. Remember, this will only work on the 20, 40g models. Not
the backwards compatible units with the 4 usb port holes and the
memory card slots.
