When you first start the printer, the print head is moved over a rubber blade to "wipe" the print head. Sometimes it will also carry out a head-cleaning cycle. The sheet-feeding roller is rotated to ensure it is in the correct position. So, it seems likely that the squeak comes from the paper feed mechanism. The problem is, you will have to remove the printer top cover to make a more detailed diagnosis. This is not simple without the right tools and knowledge. If you feel game to give it a try, you can obtain the Service Manual quite cheaply from the internet - see for example:
http://www.2manuals.com/product_info.php?cPath=2_39&products_id=647
Do a search - it may be cheaper elsewhere. I will also produce a short tutorial on doing the job to cover the bits the service manual doesn't explain!. Post a new comment if you want to go further.
Otherwise, it's a trip to the repair shop - or just leave it until something fails!

I think possibly from the paper feeder. While it is printing no squeaky noise, but when it is feeding the paper I can hear the noise, also when I first start it.
Can you identify where the squeak is coming from? Open the top lid and do a print. Is it from one of the rotating shafts, is it from the print head sliding across left and right, is it from the parking mechanism on the far right end, is it from the paper feeder? Does it happen when actually printing, or only when the head is going through its initial motions before printing, or during head cleaning etc?
