I plugged my MP3 in to my computer and transferred music into it, I unplugged it and when I turned it on it froze on the Omnitech sign. I then tried to plug it back into my computer and Rhapsody nor windows media player responds to it, but my MP3 still has it's hour glass sign on it. I need to know how to get it back to listen to the things I love so much.
Some Maybe Reasons Why It's not working...
1) I left it connected to the too long..
2) Put too many music files in it...
3) Took music files out of it to put other music files into it..
4) God hates me...

Reset the player by inserting a paerlcip into the reset hole. If that fails, go to Philips' website and upgrade the firmware on your player to solve the freezing issue permanently. Actually, don't go to Philips website - run the Philips Device Manager and select Update. If the device manager won't recognize the player, unplug the GoGear, hold in either the shuffle button or volume + and reconnect it to the computer until a Found New Hardware Wizard window pops up.
Just connect it to the pc and transfer music files into it to listen music from it on the move...!!! You should be provided with USB cable for connecting it to the system to access the player...!!!
