Please turn off the computer, start hitting F8 at the start-up and then
choose last known good configuration. If this does not work, choose Safe
mode options. If still does not work, please try to restore the computer to factory settings. You can try to hit F11 or F10 at the startup to initiate recovery. If not working, please tell me what error message you get on the screen.

allow the computer to boot. if it gets to desk top perform a system restore to before the problem started. if not you will need to shut down again . boot the computer again as soon as you see any life . you will need to enter setup. you can do this by turning on computer soon as you see any life hit f1 or f2 or delete. it will be 1 of those keys that will get you into setup. in setup you will look to the upper left corner you will see where it says load default settings.
click on load defult settings. agree to it by clicking yes or by typing a Y.
now you will want to save your settings and exit the bios. the save and exit will also be there with load default button. click on save and exit.
