Question about Microwave Ovens
The display shows nothing. I accidentally put an object with a metal wire and it caused a lot of sparks. I cannot get any settings to work. I can't get the microwave to turn on.
first thing I would suggest is a hard reset. Unplug the unit for a
minute or so. Then plug it back in, set the clock and try again.
If that doesn't work, leave it unplugged for about 5 minutes. Then let us know if the hard reset does not fix it.
Also, Please reply back with your brand and model number so we can help you.
