Turn off printer,remove right cover, pulled out Flat bed scanner head cable on formatter(see the location as shown in snap)secure the cable not to touch any ware, switch on the printer check the error, error persists same replace scan formatter, if other error,check scanr head driving mechanism any breakage replace it or replace entire scan head assm.

I must have touched the contacts and changed the ink again it is now working ty for your assistance hope this helps someone else
