Question about Kodak EasyShare M1033 Digital Camera
Have spent HOURS with Kodak support on this and they're no help. New Kodak M1033 that won't upload onto computer. message says either that there is a problem with the USB device, or it's telling me that it's been prepared for removal. Using their software doesn't help. If I go to just my computer, it shows up as four drives of storage, but none of those open either. can't upload photos. After running the easyshare software, it is as aif the camera doesn't exist...
Test your camera w/ other computer even it doesnt have easyshare and as long as it's win sp2 at least.
If the camera will be detected try calling the manufacturer of your computer to have the usb controller checked
If not you need to contact support for a possible camera replacement or repair
