Question about Brother Multi-Function Center MFC-240C All-In-One InkJet Printer
My mfc-240C is printing in double. It is a mess. I look at the printouts and feel I need glasses (I have 20/20 vision!) This printer is only 6 months old but it is starting to be a pain! First the magenta decided to quit working, even though the cartridge is full and now this double blurry printing. Does anyone have any ideas?

If you only want to print in b/w and do not use the color ones there is a workaround.
Please notice that you will destroy the C/Y/M part of the print head because the ph needs the ink to prevent a dryout!!!
Simply stick some adhesive tape around the window in the middle between the ink-outlet and the valve. The flag inside signals the printer the inklevel (and also the cartridge being installed).

Yes, you can cut a small piece of electrical tape and place it over the window on the inside edge of the cartridge. it has to wrap around the window tightly.
