My wall charger does not work when i plug it in. Sometimes the red light comes on to say its charging but when i place it down it goes away. Now when i plug it in it doesnt even charge at all.
Why is this happening.
Do i have to buy and new phone or a new charger...?
I had a similar problem with my wildcard not charging. Seems that the problem was that dust/lint/dirt had collected in the charger socket of the phone. I used an aerosol can of compressed air to blow out the charger socket on the phone.Haven't had any problem since.

Make sure your phone is fully charged: plug it in and wait until the charge light (bottom right just below the screen) goes from red to white/green. Then turn the phone on using the power button (top edge of the phone just above the "a" in "Kyocera") by pressing and holding it for 5 seconds.
If the charge light doesn't come on when you plug it in, your battery may not be correctly installed, or you may need a new battery. Hope that helps!
The 3GS phone is finnicky about charging withing certain accessories. Sometimes on chargers it'll say "Charging not supported by this accessory". Try unplugging it and plugging it back in. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt. If the charger has worked before, chances are if you plug it in again, it might start to charge.
with the red lcd light blinking it means there is a software issue try syncing it with your blackberry desktop manager the application loader if that doesnt work u will need to contact you service provider for replacement options
My Blackberry 8520 just shut itself down and when I try to turn it back on nothing happens but when I put it into the wall charger the red LED light comes on and a charging symbol but still doesnt switch on.
Ive tried of mulitiple occasions taking out the battery and rebooting it but still no sign of any life? Any Idea's?
okay, this happened to me too.
first you need to call virgin mobile and ask a live advisor for help.
if they ask you to take the battery out and press the power button for 30 seconds and it doesnt work then they will try to send you a new charger.
when i called it was out of stock.
you can also but the car charger.
hope i helped :]
