My keurig coffee maker is not hot enough

I had the same problem, then discovered that I was putting the K-cup in wrong. I was just placing it in the holder. You have to actually push it down until it clicks in place. Also make sure the 3 buttons are flashing, not just glowing, before you fill your cup. After you are done look at the bottom of the k-cup. If you only have one hole you did something wrong. It should have two holes.

Sounds like you may need to descale the unit. Try the links that were posted earlier for that.
