Question about Keurig B60 Coffee Maker

My keurig coffee maker is not hot enough

Have a Keurig B-66 which I am very happy with HOWEVER it is not very hot. I bought it because I visited an office an I liked it. Their machine makes hot coffee and mine only makes tepid coffee. Can I go somewhere to kick up the volume?
Seriously it is a pain to have to put it in the micro to get hotter. Can I take4 it somewhere? I am in Caldwell, NJ 07006 Essex County NJ

had the same problem - is only three weeks old - don't think it is a descaling issue.
Didn't realize how lukewarm the coffee was, until I had a cup of coffee at my neighbor's from the same machine - their's was piping hot!

I just received my second Keurig B66 Coffee maker. I got one for Christmas and complained that the water was just lukewarm. The company send me another one and I have it here which is only 2 days old and the water is still just warm. We have been to friends houses and their machine is piping hot. Is it just with the B66 maker? I am not happy with it.

I had the same problem, then discovered that I was putting the K-cup in wrong. I was just placing it in the holder. You have to actually push it down until it clicks in place. Also make sure the 3 buttons are flashing, not just glowing, before you fill your cup. After you are done look at the bottom of the k-cup. If you only have one hole you did something wrong. It should have two holes.

Ignore the part about it should have two holes. The rest of the solution is correct.

Keurig machine is just not hot enough @ 192' it says on machine read out, they need to make it adjust hotter than manufactured.

write to company. descaling does not make sense on a new machine.
they ask you to run white vinegar through it ounce a year.

Other thing you can do is run one cup hot water before your coffee that will warm everything up before coffee. Remember if hot water go's over cold things gets colder faster. And the office you went to use it more then you do so it stays warmer

Sounds like you may need to descale the unit. Try the links that were posted earlier for that.

There is a temperature setting some models. The Max temperature appears to be 192 degrees. But when the water hits the cup the temperature drops to maybe 175 degrees. There may be no answer to the problem. Except if you have a model with settings check the temperature settings and set to maximum.

Keurig Vue V700- This new model is 5 degrees hotter than the older models.

How do i make iced tea with my Keurig coffee maker?

In my experience it is not possible to make good tea with a coffee maker.

Tea needs to soak. 2 minutes for weak tea or if you like it like me 5 minutes for strong tea.

Coffee makers simply run hot water over the bean powder and don't soak it long enough.

Hi, I have an Ultimate B66 Keurig coffee maker

Your heating unit may be going bad. You could contact Keurig and see what they will do for you. I found them to be very helpful when I had a problem with mine. The replaced the entire unit for me and had me discard my old one.

Just bought a secondhand Keurig. It will dispense

Do you have this part to insert the k-cup into? There has to be an exit needle and this part has the exit needle inside of it.
