Have a Keurig B-66 which I am very happy with HOWEVER it is not very hot. I bought it because I visited an office an I liked it. Their machine makes hot coffee and mine only makes tepid coffee. Can I go somewhere to kick up the volume?
Seriously it is a pain to have to put it in the micro to get hotter. Can I take4 it somewhere? I am in Caldwell, NJ 07006 Essex County NJ

-   I just received my second Keurig B66 Coffee maker. I got one for Christmas and complained that the water was just lukewarm. The company send me another one and I have it here which is only 2 days old and the water is still just warm. We have been to friends houses and their machine is piping hot. Is it just with the B66 maker? I am not happy with it.-   Guest

-   had the same problem - is only three weeks old - don't think it is a descaling issue. Didn't realize how lukewarm the coffee was, until I had a cup of coffee at my neighbor's from the same machine - their's was piping hot!

I had the same problem, then discovered that I was putting the K-cup in wrong. I was just placing it in the holder. You have to actually push it down until it clicks in place. Also make sure the 3 buttons are flashing, not just glowing, before you fill your cup. After you are done look at the bottom of the k-cup. If you only have one hole you did something wrong. It should have two holes.

- Ignore the part about it should have two holes. The rest of the solution is correct.

Patient: Keurig B60
Symptom: "Not ready" light is on. Reservoir is filled and needles are clean, so problem is not user related.
Internet search yeilded some hope for another Keurig machine. While turned off, simultaneously press and release the small and med button, then menu three times. You get into a programming/diagostics menu. As you scroll (via the menu button) mine says Ready 602, Brew 265, Autooff 099, Set 007, Set/set 099, Descale 099, and Menu 000.
While at 000, press the med button but do not release. Press and release menu and immediately press small, then let go of small and med together. Pump runs and water is circulating, but is cold. Not sure if it should be cold (just a test routine, etc) or whether the heater is blown or something more troublesome.
Anyone have any ideas/experience with this information (I have no problem in ripping the machine apart if I have to. It can't be that complicated!).

After making a cup of coffee you can hear the pump trying to refill the reservoir but does not work. The coffeemeker then cuts off.
