My tv is a 32" rca f32650 I think, but when you turn it on I have no control over the volume it's loud and that's were it stays at and when you turn a channel the menu bar comes up, then the guide, every time you turn a channel, no matter what you hit on the remote or top of tv it does this, can you tell me what's wrong with this tv, it also has a loud pitch sound in the back when it's off. thanks for your help
