Question about Bissell 1699 ProHeat Clear View Upright Steam Vacuum
My bissell proheat was not dispensing shampoo and the water was only coming out of one side. I found a clogged spray hose. I'm not sure about the dispensing of shampoo. I just how to get the thing back together, to use the water only option.
I have tried to reassemble the unit. I'm unable to get the cover to sit flatly on the unit to screw it back down. I think the hang up has something to do with the smart mix and piston.

I just finished fixing a few minor problems I am having problems getting the unit back together. It seems to be the piston for the smartmix. I can not get it to attatch to the knob which is then keeping the unit from screwing back together flush.
