Why comresoor overload coming in lieburt - Liebert Deluxe System/3 VH125A

It sounds like you are drawing too much power. Pull all the power from it and try again without ANY load on it. If it comes up in the overload condition, then the inverter has problems and needs to be looked at by a qualified tech.

Two causes for that situation. The compressor has a start relay and a overload mounted on the 3 prongs. When the relay/overload is bad, compressor will kick on, hum, then a click sound. The click is the overload. Or, the compressor is drawing too much power and the compressor is bad. 90% of time it's the relay/overload but you need to check and make sure fan is running by compressor and coils underneath are not clogged up. Poor air flow around compressor can cause overload to go bad.

Could be overloaded. Use less clothes to start. Load sensing will not let an overloaded washer to continue.

You were lucky the overload protection circuit kicked in, congradulation on finding it.

disconnect all speakers to see if 'overload' goes away.if it goes away then you might have a bad speaker.If OVERLOAD is still there with no speakers connected .Then audio output circuit needs repair in unit..

Doe this always go into overload independent of the volume level? Try disconnecting the speakers completely and running the set. Does the set shutdown then too?

heres a part number for the overload relay assy 5304468029.. its mounted on the side of compressor. its a tricky one, usually my experience has been the noise comes from a bad compressor( which you should have 5 year full warr from manufacture). sometimes the overload relay does go bad preventing compressor from starting,the n ew compressor will come with a new overload relay

Try checking your fuse if it overloaded then it probably blew it

the relay will be burnt up inside, shake it and little pieces will come out if its burnt out. the overload usually is never the problem

It sounds to me like it is overloaded and won't come back on because it has overload protection. Check your connections and make sure the outlet or power strip it's plugged into isn't overloaded. I would disconnect everything from it and turn the volume all the way down and try to get it to come back on. Let me know what happens.
