Your passport is just an external hard disk. Perhaps it even contains movies, but without a PC or a media centre, capable of playing the movie formats you have on the hard disk you won't see any movie.
Sometimes you just need an extra device.
if you have a lot of MP4 media, ending on '.mov', '.m4v' of '.mp4', you can play them with the Apple TV. But I'm sure there are more devices capable of playing video formats.

LGDV6H wont play mp4. IT plays well mkv, avi and other formats. You will have to convert files to mkv to play and its very easy. Download mkvtoolnix from http://www.bunkus.org/blog/ and use the program mkvmerge. add your files and mux it. BEWARE after adding and before muxing please select each track and go to 'extra option' and select in compression 'none'. Then mux it and play the mkv file. Trust me it works. It has worked for me.
Ok first off which format are you putting on psp for movies ,it only plays mp4 format for movies. For music it plays mp3's and to get it to play wmv's you have to set it to play them. For the movies get psp video 9 a freeware that converts movies to correct format and sends them to psp through usb cord.
