Printer continues to tell me low on ink.

If the print-heads are clogged, and your attempts to "unclog" have failed, it's time to responsibly recycle the printer, and buy a new Epson (hopefully, one that uses the same ink-cartridges that you have been using).

White lines occur when the print-head is partially clogged. So, if "cleaning" has not helped, it's time to either take the printer to a qualified technician, or to responsibly recycle the printer, and buy a replacement.

I find the best way to clean the heads is buy some cleaning cartridges as they have cleaning fluid in them and use them to clean it will take about 10 or more times to clean the heads then put the color ones back in and try again.
Just keep putting it on clean the head don't do a print out till at lest you have cleaned 10 or more times.
