This is my second one and again, it puts the water out, but will not **** up the dirty water. I don't find a round clear cap on the unit. Mayber the screen? I have pets so I know there is alot of pet hair. Could this be clogging it somehow? I vacuum thouroughly before using the steam cleaner.

Somewhere on the unit, there will be a round clear cap. when you find it, unscerw it and clean out the inside.

i have the same machine... there is a knob to switch the suction to the hose. MAKE SURE IT IS SWITCHED TO "FLOOR CLEANING" and not "tools and proheat"

There is a oblong black seal that sits where the tank lip and the clear noozle window come together, is it there. Also make sure the filter in the tank lid is clean.
