Question about LG 52SX4D 52" HDTV
I have an lg52sx4d and when i go to turn it on the top light stays red and the bulb light flashes green. Does this mean the bulb is shot if so whats the cost of replacing it?
The flashing green bulb light means the access door for the bulb on the lower right side of the TV is open or loose. There are two screws that hold it in. If they are tight, maybe the interlock switch is bad or disconnected. Open the door, and hold in the little white interlock button while turning on the TV. If it still doesn't work, there are wires leading from the switch to a connector about halfway across the TV on the bottom. Connector might be loose. Unfortunately, it is hard to reach. You might have to remove the screws across the bottom rear edge that hold in the chassis and gently slide it out to reach the connector.
