Open the printer cover and remove any paper from inside the printer. Turn the printer off and delete all print jobs. Turn the printer back on.

The printer sensor at the bottom of the printhead must be dirty. If you can, take out the printhead and clean the sensor with a paper towel dipped in rubbing alcohol or take paper towel soaked with alcohol folded to fit the path of the printhead and manually move the printhead several across the paper towel to clean it
