Question about Dell Optiplex GX60 PC Desktop
Everything was fine i had windows xp sp1 and sp2, but i tried to install a downloaded version of sp3 and it froze up. now it wont boot it says no hard drives detected. i went in bios and in boot sequence i accidentaly deleted hard drives how do i get them back
Usually when your BIO's doesn't detect the hard drives is usually a good indicator that the hard drive has failed. In rare instants it is the motherboard. In the boot sequence it will only show the hard drives it sees if it doesn't see any then none will be shown. I would start with a new hard drive.
Hope this helps.
