Hi these problems happens when your phone/memory card is infected by virus or corrupted.therefore,to get rid from this remove you memory card>>copy/move all the data/files from memory card to your PC using card reader>>Format the memory card>>again move/copy all the copied/moved data/files to memory card.>>before inserting the memory card to your phone Restore the phone by typing *#7780# when your phone is in standby mode. Now you can again enjoy the music.Good luck. Thanks for visiting fixya

How do you get music to save on a new 4gb memory card on a nokia E5 instead of saving in phone memory

Transfer music from a computer
You can use the following methods to transfer music:

• To install Nokia Ovi Player to manage and organize your music files, download
the PC software from www.ovi.com, and follow the instructions.

• To view your device on a computer as a mass memory device where you can
transfer any data files, make the connection with a compatible USB data cable
or Bluetooth connectivity. If you are using a USB data cable, select Mass
storage as the USB connection mode. A compatible memory card must be
inserted in the device.

• To synchronize music with Windows Media Player, connect a compatible USB
data cable, and select PC Suite as the USB connection mode. A compatible
memory card must be inserted in the device.

To change the default USB connection mode, select Menu > Ctrl. panel >
Connectivity > USB and USB connection mode.

I hope this information will be helpful. Thank you for using FixYa!

Goodday! the files of your music player are corrupt...or not compatible to your phone....not allowed.. bec. there is a problem in your phone. your memory cannot open bec. but after a while you will open it...why? bec. your memory is near for replacement or getting damage. try to connect to your computer input and then configure it and repair it there.
