I have loved my Canon MPC200 for its service and facilities - but two week ago it decided to stop working and send me a message that says "error 335 - push the resime key". Neither I nor my tech staff know what to do.

Had the same problems (#357) about half a year ago, send it to Canon under warranty, they fixed the problem within a week without costs, superbe service. But..... last 2 months the error fault comes back once in a while, luckily this time restarting the printer solves it. But I am waitying for the day that it needs a fix again.....
If this is an inkjet printer there is large tank below the home station that fills with ink from the machine testing & priming the cartridges. This needs to be removed and cleaned out. Very messy job! Wear gloves.
