Question about Sony VAIO V100G Computer System with Epson Printer Bundle (1004141000000) PC Desktop
I have anew sony vaio running Vista and an almost new lexmark 5400 all in one printer. Both worked perfectly for about 8 weeks, then stopped communicating without obvious reason. The printer still works perfectly with a Dell laptop, running XP. The USB ports on the Vaio are working for other devices. How can I resusitate the communication? Is there some way in Vista I can 'ping' the printer? I've done the usual turn everything off, plug out etc, to no avail.
