Question about Refrigerators
I have a 501-R Sub-Zero refrigerator only (no ice maker or water supply) and water puddles under the drawers. I have to sponge up the water (about a pint every 2 or 3 weeks) and am looking for the cause and a solution for the problem.
You have a blocked defrost drain look at item 56 in this picture. you need to clear this drain either with hot water or clear ice that may have accumulated in the trough. to me it looks as if there is possibly a cover over this area so you will need to remove drawers and shelves to get to it. message me back here with any comments or questions.. You can fix this yourself!! thanks Peyton
