Probably noisy phone line. Even if voice is good, fax machines are more sensitive to line noise. Make sure the phone connections are secure and tight. Try another phone outlet if you can. Then try it from another location.

Lexmark x9575 all in one keeps restarting after slecting scan\copy and fax I have un-installed and re-installed the drivers + reset printer to default factory settings - no change


Try to unplug the power adapter from the printer. Then unplug and replug the power cord into the power outlet. Replug the power adapter into the printer. This will help reset the printer. Check if problem continues.

Hi. Try to use and install the software again using the installation cd. When it runs, it should pop up the window with 3 options: Install a printer, Update/Upgrade, or Install additional softwares. Choose install additional softwares. In the next window, place a check mark in Fax solutions. Then, continue and finish the installation. If you don't have the cd, software can be downloaded by going to this link to the Lexmark website. http://bit.ly/d9TDnb . Download the compatible driver for your computer. Run the installation. Hope this helps.

I have a Lexmark X9575 that leaves lines in the middle of the sheets ONLY when using the Top Loader.


this seems to be problem with the scanner part of the printer.. please contact Lexmark tech support to get a new printer if it is under warranty.

Unable to install the printer drivers Lexmark X9575. I get error while installing the printer drivers


You will need to uninstall and reinstall the printer driver. Please follow the steps given below:
To uninstall, please follow the steps given below:
1. Click "Start" and "All Programs."
2. Go to the "Lexmark X9500 series."
3. Click "Lexmark Uninstall."
4. Click "Next."
5. Click "Finish."
6. Click "Restart Windows" and unplug the USB cable.

To access the Lexmark X9575 vista driver, you may copy and paste the web address given below:

Please use the following steps to download the Lexmark X9575 Vista driver to your desktop:

5. You should see files being transferred.

LEXMARK X9575 connected via USB to XP computer,won't install!

X9575 phone conflict


You may have wired your FAX and Phone up wrong. Go to the following website to view the Manual and try going to page 28 and try wiring it up again.

I can't receive a fax


pull it up in device manager select properties and got to the advanced tab there is where you will find the option
