Question about Apple iPod touch
Did you re-boot your ipod by flicking the hold switch over and back...then holding in the middle button and menu together until the Apple logo appears and release.
NONE OF THESE ACTIONS ERASE YOUR STORED INFO.

This is actually really easy to do.
This called a hard reboot.
All you have to do is hold the home button and the power button down at the same time for 30 to 40 seconds or until you get a Apple sign on your screen.
This will reboot your ipod.
If this does not work there is one other thing you can try to do.
Hook your ipod touch up to your computer that you use itunes on.
Itunes will detect a problem with your ipod.
You can try a restore of your ipod from your computer.
If this does not work its time to return or send your ipod back to apple so they can repair it.
hope this helps
