Question about Texas Instruments BA-35 Solar Calculator
First try to copy all your programs from the calculator to the computer and then delete all ur files in the calculator and download the files back on to your calculator.

Try putting out into full light or very near a light source and hitting the "On/Clear" button. Make sure the solar cell at the top of the device is clean. You can wipe it off with a damp paper towel if it has a lot of gunk on it.

Even if there is an issue with the calculator it is no longer relevant because it is a discontinued product. It does not have a backup battery and it only uses Solar Power. I suggest to expose the panel to sun light to fully activate the display. And then again it may be just old age, and it is time for you to get a more powerful calculator.
