Question about Toshiba Satellite A135-S2276 Notebook
I can not open windows in any mode, and it will not read disk. it keeps going back to the screen that tells me (a problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer...........Technical information: *** STOP: 0x00000024 ( 0x00190203 , 0x862FB690 , 0x0000102 , 0x00000000 )

Try restore ur system to factory default state when u purchased it as new u can do that as follows
from ur backup OS cd
or try this
BEFORE TURNING ON THE LAPTOP, press and hold the 0 (zero) button on the keyboard, then turn on the computer while holding the 0 (zero) button down. When the Toshiba logo screen appears, you can release the 0 key.
if the problem persists after this then i am 100% sure about hardware malfunction that is RAM problem kindly replace and check if it works or if u have two RAM chips installed try each one at a time to find the faulty one
