You need to check the water level switch, that is the most common cause for this kind of overfilling problems.

If the water level switch is working, then you need to test the inlet valve, that can be stuck on open.

If also the inlet valve is fine, then you will need a new control board.

The most likely is a defective water level switch.

When my LG is washing sometimes the FE codes comes up, what does this mean? How can I fix this issue?

This means that the washer is overflowing. This is a built in fault that turns on the drain pump so that the water doesn't get so high that it gets into the floor. If water is continually flowing into the washer you will get this problem. If this is the case the water valve is most likely the problem. To confirm unplug the washer and if the water doesn't stop flowing into the washer the water valve is the problem.

If water isn't continually running into the washer then the problem can be the water level control.

NFW7200TW...How can I disconnect the drain hose when the washer has water? Won't the spill ruin the pump and other electrical parts?

turn the water supply off. disconect the end of the drain hose that goes into the sink or stand pipe. have a couple of buckets and a few old towels to catch the water. slowly lower the disconected end of the drain hose untill water starts to come out. when the bucket fills raise the hose back up and the water flow will stop. continue to drain the water untill the hose can go clear to the floor without water coming out. there will still be a little water in the machine but not more that two or three towels can soak up

Stack washer/dryer spilled water on floor

Sounds like you need a pressure switch, before you go and buy one, take front panel off and blow into little thin clear hose to see if the is a blockage

Pressure washer lacks pressure initially?

Dear allbusiness9,
This problem is most probably due to a faulty Spill Valve( also called Control Valve). When the gun is released the spill valve is compressed and it either closes a micro switch or just opens from the bottom and keeps the water circulating. All spill valves keep the water circulating from the bottom part. Now when the gun is pulled (opened)...the spill valve extends and closes the bottom part, and thus water goes out of the nozzel. When you work with no nozzel, there is enough water flow to close the bottom part of the spill valve. So when the nozzel is placed back there is no chance that the bottom part leaks water. When the gun is started with the nozzel....the bottom part of a FAULTY spill valve,..will colapse and pressure drops. So to fix the fault you must change the Spill Valve. In some occasions, I also found that suction valves give this problem. A faulty sucktion valve will colapse under high pressure, and lets water pass the other way round.
But in my opinion and experience, your problem is in the Spill Valve.

Water flowing out of the machine

i woulds assume that the air line responsible for monitoring water level has disconnected form the side of tub. with a screwdriver you can pry the main top up. approx, 3-4 inches in from either side of the front panel( where teh top meets the front panel, youll find a spring type clip that with some pressure will release0 and allow you to flip the ,main top backwards. afet that yo can look down the left rrear side of drum and see the 1/4 plastic tubing( i would assume dangling there) reconnect to the side of drum adn all should be good.

Washer continues to fill after full, then spills all over floor until manual shut off

This is an indication of a pressure switch malfunction. Post back with your washer brand name and model number and I can tell you how to check it.
