SOURCE: Hi ive got a samsung galaxy

How old is the phone/battery?

Has the battery been fully discharged (used until it will not power up the item) very many times?
This is very bad for Li/Po batteries. If the phone is less than 6-12 months old, I would contact my cell provider and ask for a replacement battery. In lieu of your provider replacing it, your only option will likely be to replace it yourself. Unlike the old-school Ni/Cad rechargeable batteries, Li/Po batteries lose their ability to hold a charge if they are drained fully too many times. Also a good tip with a new battery is to charge it longer than just until the battery power indicator is full (overnight is a good basic rule, but check your phone's user guide or google the specific battery model for recommended charge times) for the first few charges, and avoid letting it fully discharge. Try to get it on a charger with at least 1 or 2 bars left. This will increase the life of a cell phone battery dramatically.

hope this helps,
r

Smoke coming from under oven

My advice would be to scrap the oven. Smoke is never a good sign, Even if the smoke is coming from a food scrap or cockroach trapped in the turntable motor, opening up a Microwave oven is extremely dangerous. The oven has high power capacitors inside which when charged, will deliver a dangerous and painful electric shock EVEN IF DISCONNECTED FROM THE WALL POWER POINT. These capacitors will hold their charge for days and they can be lethal. The power supply inside a microwave oven is also capable of supplying more then enough power to KILL !!!!
As the oven is tripping the breaker, replace the oven. It really is not worth attempting to repair one of these appliances unless you have extensive professional training and have access to the correct tools and equipment. Don't mess with it, replace it.

Why my phone keeps restarting

Battery may not be charged enough to run the phone. Keep the phone off and connect it to a charger to fully charge the battery or use an external battery charger.
Be sure the The micro usb connector is fully seated and that the battery is actually charging. A loose connection may appear to start the charging process, but if its loose, it may not be continuing to charge. Check the % progress.

My phone keeps shutting on and off and wont charge when plugged in

Cell phone batteries have what is called a "memory" over time if they are charged without being fully drained they can start to not hold a charge. Unfortunetly the only fix for an issue like yours is to purchase a new battery. Your local retailer / service provider should have batteries in stock or they can order one for you.
It is recommended to allow the batteries to drain completely before charging, then allow at least 8 hours or more to fully charge. Most cell phone will show a full charge after a few hours, but this is more a fault with the software that check the batteries charge, then an actual indication of the battery being fully charged.
