Actually i recently buy my laptop well was using with a trial of 60 days but few days back i have update my window to Vista Home Basic N and lost all my existing program.

My problem is whenever i tried to download Acer Enpowering Technology it doesn't work...

Tell me it is switch off or should i re-installed it.....
