Re: Can't turn wireless keyboard on
You need to check and make sure that you turn on the switch that is on the bottom of the mouse. check to make sure that there isn't a button on the usb stick that you need to press. also check and see if you need to resync the mouse to the usb receiver. and last of all check the batteries.

What happens when you try to connect it to your laptop? It just does not work? Have you checked the batteries? When you connect the keyboard to the laptop, you have to reboot before it will work. You also need to calibrate the keyboard - receiver and mouse (if your model came with a wireless mouse). Do you know how to calibrate the system? You press and hold the button on the receiver that is plugged into the pc's usb port, and the button on the back of the keyboard near the battery area, and the button on the bottom of the mouse ALL AT THE SAME TIME for 20 - 30 seconds. That means you press and hold all three buttons at the same time.
Try turning on your computer and booting it in safe mode(heres a tutorial on how to boot into safemode: http://www.computerhope.com/issues/chsafe.htm). Then when in safe mode go to control panel > add/remove programs(uninstall programs) and select the logitech drivers that you have installed on your computer. Reboot your computer, if your computer goes back to normal try reinstalling the drivers, if this messes up your computer again, contact Logitech tech support.

try to turn off your computer using Shut Down or pressing the power button and then unplug it from the wall outlet. Let it sit for about a minute and then plug it back in.
Hope this help you fix that “USB device not recognized” Windows error!
Go to the logitech website and in the "Support" section look for "downloads" in there you'll find the software and drivers download. Also if you hook up the transmitter to the computer it will automatically install it for you. Just Shut down the computer and install the transmitter, turn it on, if necessary, and boot up the computer, it will say found new hardware and if you don't touch any keys, in a few seconds it will say your hard ware is installed and ready to use. That's it.
Uninstall the Keyboard driver. Unplug the Logitech keyboard. Restart the computer. Plug the Logitech keyboard back into the computer. Windows should recognise the keyboard and/or the mouse. Place Logitech setup disk in drive. Reload the drivers...
The drivers sometimes corrupt themselves.. You might download the latest drivers for your keyboard/mouse.
