Have you tried to delete ALL calls, not only the missed ones?
Hopefully the screen will reset if you delete all calls, both incoming and outgoing ALL calls.

Another way may also be to temporarily change the Today screen. Go to settings and click the Object tab.
Uncheck all and save your changes.
Go to the today screen and se that everything is gone.
Optional-You may turn off and on your phone and remove the battery for a few minutes and then turn on your phone again.
Now you can try to change the Today screen back the way you want it.

If this do not solve the problem and you find this hilly annoying maybe a total reset of the phone may be of help. The problem is that it resets everything, therefore you need to backup everything you don't want to lose, but this will sometimes solves strange problems.

Unable to delete Missed, Dialled And Received Call lists.

I think you should check the date/time setting and make sure that it is correct, then try to delete the call list again.

Try deleting them one by one. They should delete. Other option is to wipe the device.
