I've just rung bosch with similar problem - they told me it's the child lock - you have to press and hold the start button for 5 plus seconds and it should go off - worked for me!

We have a Bosch classixx 1200 express washing machine. It is taking on average an hour longer to do a normal 110 minute 40oC spin wash.

Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,
It is possible that the heater is taking longer than it should to heat the water to the correct temperature. This could be that the element is coated in calcium. I suggest you run the contents of a couple of sachets of proprietary limescale removing powder/fluid through it. The most efficient way is to put the contents in an empty washer and pour a kettle of hot water into the drum then leave overnight. In the morning run just a spin; the water mix will then go through the drain filter and drain motor impeller blades, doing absolutely NO harm whatsoever, in fact some good!
You could also consider repeating the action ;-0)
If this has assisted you please consider a 4 thumbs up for the rating.
Thanks and good luck!

Washer Bosch Classixx 6 1200 Express. The machine is displaying a "key locked" sign in the timer countdown panel. As there is no button to press to lock/unlock, how do I getr rid of this sign. ...

You need to press 2 buttons simultaneously for 3 to 7 seconds. Look for a small child's face or a lock icon (Sometimes both) on the Facial panel, there will be arrows pointing from that icon towards 2 buttons, these are the 2 you need to press.

Hope it helps

unplug the device from the mains for few minutes then check out many a times it clears the fault.
A common problem with noises from washing machines has been the under wire that may come out of small clothes. In the washer they can get stuck in one of the inner basket holes and make a scrapping noise, they can actually make there way into the pump and jam the pump, or make a terrible noise when the pump is running. Grab a flash light and have a peek inside the washer for this. Front load washers seem very common to this happen! If the tiny cloth is showing signs of fraying, may be best not to wash it in the washing machine, replace the cloth
