You can download the drivers from ASUS WEB site. Selectyour model motherboard/computer/laptop, and make sure you select the Windows XPor Vista version of the drivers that matches your Windows operating system.Please click on this link to their WEB support site : - http://support.asus.com/download/download.aspx?SLanguage=en-us
You can try updating the bios. Get the latest here. If that doesnt do it , you will have to replace the camera. If you are still under warranty, send it in. If not , you would be best just getting a USB camera to clip onto the notebook as the labor on replacing the camera out of warranty would be prohibitive.
Go to Asus website.Find product support and/or downloads and put in your model number or serial number and then get only the drivers for XP.If it has a chipset driver among them be sure to install it first in order for all the other drivers to work properly and without problems.
