Section 4.3 on Page 71 details halt on error settings. Select No Error.
That should resolve your issue.

Ok, this may have solved the problem for many, but it didn't for me.... however, i did find help in the same .pdf document, check out page 47, under 6. Iconnected the chassis signal and ground pins with a jumper, got the error message one more time, and now my pc works :S well i do have an operating system to put on, but from now, its clear steering :D hope this helps for those with similar problems
