Windows vista My built-in monitor does not sound, I tested w other CPU and it sound

You have to plug the speakers into the computer to get sound out of them. The CPU has nothing to do with the speakers, Also your monitor does not have inbuilt speakers(according to the manufacturers website.)

I used to use desktop speakers but now i want to use the speakers built in to my monitor and they dont work

Look for a green 3.5mm port (the size of a headphone jack) on the back of your tower and connect that with an audio cable to the computer's speaker output (probably a green plug also on most PC's)
If the monitor speakers have their own power supply make sure they are also plugged in and powered on.

Getting sound from monitor

As long as there is a connection to the PC by a cable on some that goes from the monitor to the PC or is inbuilt in the monitor connector. Check WINDOWS Ctrl Panel SOUND and see what speakers it think it has installed and selevct appropriately.
