Have a CR24 crosley that transfers lp's or cassettee tapes to cd and the wires hace been pulled loose for the arm and the turntable won't turn who or where can this be repaired the cassette to cd works fine

As transformers are Safety parts they must be replaced by the excat same part or one that is approved by Crosley. You should not attemp to use another transformer unless it's approved by Crosley. Check its belts. Replace them. Belts can be bough from most of the electronics spare part selling shops at your town. They are available in kit form, according to model number of your player.
Move the tone arm off the rest on to the record and it will start to spin. There is a switch that turns the player off when the tone arm is on the rest.
The idler arm attaches to the base, and the spring attaches to the arm, and then the frame. You'll pull the arm past the belt, and then relax your tension, and transferring the tension to the belt.
check the rubber bushing that support the turtable fom the bottom. if they are worn or poped off replace them. if it is the turntable itself and not the whole turntable assembly check the bushings that the turtable spins on for side to side play. if they are worn replace them.
